We were most disappointed with the service we received this week. We dropped off laundry from our small, family run business. This laundry was not weighed in front of us and at not point were we provided with a quote for washing and ironing. We use local, laundry companies twice a week for over 15 years and therefore we have a good idea what the range in cost is likely to be, however we still expected to receive a call with the price prior to the work being carried out. The laundry was collected today for an astonishing amount of money. We then expressed our concerns and we feel that it wasn't taken on board. We are keen to support local businesses whenever we can but this experience would prevent us from using or recommending your services to other businesses.
