This company lies about cleaning the block of flats to the housing association who hires them, and even sends pictures across of the block being "cleaned" which are old pictures from a previous clean. Even when they do actually carry out the cleaning it is not to a standard that we pay for in our service charge. Avoid at all costsThursday 9th May 2024
John Casey1 StarThey have been "cleaning" our block of flats. For the last two years they have not done a good job at all. Our stairwell does not get cleaned, as well as other key area's. We pay alot of money for this service and the standard we where getting was not good at all
So as a bit of an update. I was offered offered a £500 refund from Karl our apparent account director who said I would receive ot by the first of April. The man has turned around and lied said he never said that even though I have him in a recorded conversation stating that. This company love to commit FRAUD, OVERCHARGE AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT.Friday 5th April 2024

The Account Manager/Supervisor is always available to manage the cleaners wherever needed, and also to ensure all our needs are always covered.
