At Midland Cleaners we have a Public and Employer's liability insurance. The policy covers any accidental damages caused by an operator working on behalf of Midland Cleaning Services, reported within 24 hrs of service date.

Any customer who used our services and find themselves un-happy with there clean has to be reported within 24 hours. We will then access the complaint, put right our errors. This helps us to offer a quality service.

The house domestic cleaning contract consists of a minimum of 2 or more cleaners for insurance purposes. All prices vary, we do not work on an hourly rate.
